Dominic Larivière

Dominic Larivière is a Full Professor in the Department of Chemistry, Laval University. He received is PhD from Trent University (Ontario, Canada) in 2005 under the supervision of Prof. R.D. Evans and R.J. Cornett.  Since 2009, he is the director of the Radioecology Laboratory, a university-based research laboratory dedicated to the assessment of radioactivity and metals in the environment, consumer products and the biota. Dominic and his research group are currently involved in the development of new separations and detection tools, especially for actinides, rare earth elements and toxic metals. He has published over 60 articles and 4 book chapters.
