Theme 2: Printing Processes and Device Fabrication

A multidisciplinary team involving 9 researchers with strong background in printing and inks formulations, in films deposition, in electrical engineering and, in fabrication and evaluation of electronic devices.

Universities

Main Objectives

  • Address the “green” challenges using the 12 principles of green printed electronics manufacturing
  • Develop green, printable, disposable, recyclable or biodegradable materials
  • Inks formulation and printability of carbon-based materials
  • Develop a common platform that forms the network’s strategy for mutualizing the materials, processes, and devices developed by network members
  • Fabrication and evaluation of fully printed prototypes including sensors and antennas
